When I’m missing my dad I watch AB videos. I know it sounds silly but my father often cooked for me and I would watch him. I was my father’s shadow in the kitchen. My father passed away 3 years ago and AB shares a bit of likeness with my dad. (My dad even had a tattoo on the same forearm) Watching the videos somehow helps. This man has no idea how much his videos help me.He probably thinks it’s just cooking but for me its SO much more. Didn’t mean to cry as I wrote this, but I’m just so thankful for the little random things like his cooking videos.

I scooped a little of the potato out. Worked it withe the mixture. Then scoop the mixture back in the shell. Popped it back in the oven topped with cheese.
