How to make CHRISTMAS DOOR & WREATH Cookies

Hey Sweet Peeps, with Christmas just around the corner these cookies are perfect for gifting this holiday season, or just a fun family project for the holidays 💖🎅
The best thing is that you don't need any special Christmas cutters, you just need the basic shapes, rectangle cutter for the door and the nestled circle/round cutters to create the wreath 👍🙌🎄

Hi Buzzefoody, my cookies usually last a few weeks however it also depends on how you store them. I usually heat-sealed individual cookies in a cellophane bag to keep them fresher longer. If you don't have a heat-sealer I would recommend storing them in an airtight container with parchment papers in between layers. if I know they wont be eaten within a couple of weeks I store them in the freezer which will last a few months.

Hi Shee na, I usually heat-sealed my cookies individually in a cellphone bag, which keeps the cookies fresh for longer. if you don't have a heat-sealer then I would highly recommend storing them in an airtight container with parchment paper in between layers , hope that helps 😉🙌💕

@@rossispearsshinoda it depends if the cookies are going to be eaten within a week or two then they will be fine in the airtight container stored in a cool dry place (no direct sunlight), however if you know the cookies wont be eaten within a couple of weeks then I would suggest putting them in the freezer. If you are storing them in the freezer I would definitely recommend heat-sealing the cookies individually in a cellophane bag to prevent freezer burn. Hope that helps 😉

Hi C, if you white icing keeps going over the sides maybe its best for you to make 2 different consistencies, make an outline consistency to pipe around the edges and then fill it with the medium consistency. The outline consistency will act as dam to prevent the flood icing from running over the edge. If you want to try making only 1 consistency again, try making it slightly thicker than your last attempt, hopefully it will work better for you...good luck and please let me know how you go 😉👍💞
