IN MY VIEW Season Salt (IS Salt) + Lemon Pepper (IS Salt with a little bit of lemon) = Too Much Salt. You are a GENIUS creating a pretty visual covering up where you laid the spoon by laying the spoon back on the spot!

I watched another video for chicken fried steak. OMG, the amount of Louisiana hot sauce, cyan,e pepper , hot paprika, plus other very hot spices that where added to the buttermilk dip, and the flour dip, was unbelievable to me. I love your recipe so much better, and I learned how to make gravy out of the drippings. I'm German, living in Texas now. Was not familiar with this recipe. Never heard of, or seen one like this in Germany. Thank you so much for showing me how this is done. I certainly will try cooking this like you do.

I am from Georgia and all I ever had was cube steak for chicken fried steak cube steak is not really available everywhere in supermarkets these days ground sirloin is the closest I found but it comes apart so I add an egg and a little oatmeal ...yes oatmeal I know it sounds weird but it really gives the meet a very similar texture to cube steak once it is breaded and fried.

First off: R.I.P. I love these vids and this man but secondly: as a Texan who makes and eats all sorts of types of gravys and bechamel based cheese sauces I have to recommend more salt in your white gravy. Obviously taste check it everytime you add some but in this type of gravy its very important to not under salt it. Also, in the south its pretty normal to add some cayenne pepper but, that's not really mandatory, just a preference. Can't overstate how great these videos are. I wish I would have found this channel sooner Edit: lol I wrote this comment before the last minute or so of the video. He did mention the salt issue so my bad lol but still, it is very important. I'd say just as much as the pepper *gasp*
