I can't wait to make this. I've been making a simple sauce with soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar which is pretty good, but this is authentic. Salamat!

Yeah, using tamarind is way more better, i also that recipe if i cant find tamarind paste
