I tried to do this it tasted great I maybe didn’t have quite enough coconut cream and I found 3 cups wot of ice it didn’t blend well there was chucks of ice in it

This is a LOVING EARTH cacao powder. You can buy it online or any good supermarket should have their own brand of cacao powder in the health food section.

Hi Chris! There should be a few recipes online for this. It's very simple. The general rule of thumb is 3 parts frozen and then 1 part not frozen. We have a mango recipe on our website here www.rawblend.com.au/mango-ice-cream-recipe.html

You certainly can! We recommend cooking the potatoes before hand though due to their starch content.
