I’m going to try this one, for sure....a nice simple, whole-food recipe! I often use white beans (cannelini or butter beans) as a creamy component in my soups, if I haven’t got nuts available. Thanks for the recipe and demo, Tommy!

I’m eyeing up the e310 as my first vitamix for my apartment ,I’m a professional cook, if your making it off the Cobb , make a corn broth with the leftover cobbs and use that in the blender instead of the water will add so much more of a corn flavor, almost fresh local corn season here in the U.S. can’t wait to make this soup
