Please how to make a bananas ice cream in a new Vitamix large conteiners? As mine is always heating like crazy and after a few seconds it will chut down to cool itself. I don’t like adding liquid to my nicecream... any technique ?

You need to follow the general rule of thumb. 3 Parts Frozen and One Part Liquid. You need a non frozen element to ensure that it works

how is this different from a thick smoothie? ice cream is not only thicker but... creamy?

It's similar but typically a smoothie is thinner consistency and served in a cup and an ice cream is thicker and served in a bowl. Thanks for watching :)
