How to make Coffee jelly more easily.

レンジで作る！！
『冷んやりふるぷるコーヒーゼリー』
材料(3〜4人分)
水　400ml
てんさい糖(微細タイプ) 35g
インスタントコーヒー　5g
寒天パウダー　1〜4g
作り方
耐熱ボウルに水200mlを入れ、粉寒天を振り入れてかき混ぜる
↓
電子レンジ600wで2分加熱し、取り出してよく混ぜ、もう一度電子レンジで2分加熱する
↓
ボウルの底からよく混ぜ、インスタントコーヒーと甜菜糖を加えてよく混ぜる
※溶け残りがあるようなら追加で加熱して溶かす
↓
残りの水も加えて混ぜ合わせ、型に注いで粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で冷たく冷やす

寒天の量で食感は変わりますが今のお気に入りは2g。ぷるっとさと柔らかさがちょうど良い感じです╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯

"Coffee Jelly"
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
400ml water
35g beet sugar (fine type)
5g instant coffee
1-4g agar agar powder
How to make
Put 200ml water in a heat-resistant bowl, sprinkle in the powdered agar agar powder and stir
↓
Heat in a 600w microwave for 2 minutes, remove and mix well, then heat again in the microwave for 2 minutes
↓
Mix well from the bottom of the bowl, add instant coffee and beet sugar and mix well
*If any remains undissolved, heat further to dissolve
↓
Add the remaining water and mix, pour into a mold to remove heat, and chill in the refrigerator
