I made this cake this afternoon. It looks AND taste amazing!! I cut the sugar back 1/2 cup and used the entire 14 oz. can of condensed milk. It was perfection in appearance and in taste. I also made a light glaze using 10x sugar, couple dashes of heavy whipping cream , vanilla extract and water. Thank you for this yummy recipe!!

Is it very possible ma'am that you would write down the amounts in this recipe to you I would love to make this but I'm not seeing the ingredients for one I don't understand when they're not you know saying like a half a cup or talking about 75° cup and all that I don't be known for all of that is 100% sugar and no just say one cup of sugar 3 eggs blend them together add a half a cup of oil that's all I want to know break it down if you would be so kind

I made this exactly as shown but cooked it at 325, my oven cooks faster. Not the best results....it browned in like 20 minutes so by the time it was done (finished cooking in about 40 min), the sides were way too brown (almost burned) and the top too hard. Not a bad flavor...a little too sweet for me. But i gave it another go because I love condensed milk and it came out beautifully. I used only 3 cups of flour, 1 3/4 cups of sugar, 12oz of condensed milk(cannot find 14oz) and 4 teaspoons of vanilla ( I love vanilla flavoring). The biggest difference, I cooked it at 225 for 1 hr 15 minutes. Smelled so good and didn't burn or brown within the first 20 minutes of cooking. Hopes this helps someone, this recipe is going in my recipe chest. Thank you Ms Dee.
