Pastry & Soul Hahahah I mess up so much! I’m still not really comfortable with talking on camera. I can’t even have my girl in the room when I’m filming. Sometimes people walk by my kitchen window at my apartment and I get hella insecure too. I gotta wait a min till they are gone before I try again. I guess with time it gets a bit easier. What’s weird is it was easier for me to film this behind the scenes then it was to do the actual video.

I love the idea of doing all the cooking, B-roll and stuff then recording the audio/facetime. It makes so much sense!! For other crafters, would you recommend the same technique?? for example, I want to do quilting videos and reduce the amount of movement, equipment swap and sound/lighting inconsistencies as much as possible!! What other suggestions might you have to flare my 3 x 4 cut, sew, and ironing space? Thank you again for sharing your experiences!!!
