Ive been trying to understand how to do the editing of cutting away mistakes or just bouncing from one milisecond of a clip to the next to have that more sharp, engaging content, I had no idea what it was called and how to do so, I thought I just needed to stop and start recording every single second to have those mini jumps ! I hope that made sense haha thank you for showing us new terms and how Adobe Rush works, I will be investing in it just for fun for my media content:)

Before I say anything else, I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you, incredible tutorials. I was excited, just with starting my own Cooking Channel, but then I found your tutorials, and they brought me to a whole new level of excitement. I have been thinking about starting my Cooking Channel for quite some time, and finally decided to do it. I specialize in old Yugoslavian recipes, which they have some elements of Italian, Greek and Hungarian foods. My dilemma is should I create a channel with Yugoslavian language and overdub it with English or make it with English language as main and overdub it with Yugoslavian or make two Channels. I'm not sure which one will bring more viewers. So I'm asking you if you have any advice about this.
@tima1443 Жыл бұрын
Hi! Why won't you make a video of each and see which one brings you more viewers? I am also wanting to do start content on cooking for fun:)
@Miroslav-Lekic Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your response.That's exactly what I'm doing. I'm going to be publishing two videos at the same time one in English, and one Yugoslavian language. I'm creating 30 videos x 2 before I open my channel and I'm about halfway done with editing..@@tima1443

Thanks for sharing the tips. It's easy to use computer to edit cooking or travel videos. Its easy and quick. I personally use Rapid Reel Composer from aescripts, its a script for After Effects that helps to edit these videos very quickly within few minutes. All you have to bring all clips on After Effects, load the script, create markers by pressing * key where you want to cut your videos, and press Lazy or In-Out button. My video is ready!

This should be trending for this type of video. Honestly the best one of easy to follow, concise and very well put. I just started doing food photography and short reels. This is very helpful. It doesnt even feel long but could be good if you put it short reel for some of the topic. Thank you for sharing us this knowledge

When I first started making coking videos I also used a corded Lavalier mic but I soon found that the cord can be a trip hazard, and a distraction when you want to focus on the cooking and what i am saying. These days I use a Rode wireless GO for much better quality plus the freedom to move around.

Olá Philip. Thanks for the video. I love to cook, and would like to post my cooking skills on youtube, however, the editing part is not my strength . I post only "Shorts" on Instagram and KZbin, because these are the easies I can do, I can just pick some photos and edit on instagram. I want to shoot a video. On your video and other ones on youtube I learned about the "Thumbnail" that is very- if not, the most important to get the viewers. Can I film parts and then put the pieces together? I know you explain here, however, I didn't know how to edit using the editor you suggested. Help!!!😊
