Josh once again great lesson . Tension and release is so important. If you look at great Djen bands like Animals as leaders or Prog. Bands they really developed using tension and release. The last examples of you playing with the bell diffrent groups of 5 different syncopation reminded me of how Dennis Chambers plays. You can take this concept as far as you want to go . Great lesson :)
