I tried this recipe and its the BEST, black southern style (I say that because I saw those recipes with y'all using creamed corn! Lol) corn pudding. Perfect texture and taste! My mom said I can do corn pudding come thanksgivin

Wow, Ray, that corn pudding looks incredible! I'm glad that you said not to defrost the corn--that is one less step. You made the process of making the pudding look so easy. I love to use evaporated milk as well. I would definitely taste it--but then like you said, I might eat the whole thing, haha I'm sure that your family loved it! 👍
