Ok, so I have a fucking question. Have you ever tried using raw cane sugar?

Going to be that guy sorry, but when torching the sugar if you hold it at a slight angle and rotate it you get an even colour and spread of burnt sugar. I have however spilt liquid sugar on my pinkie and outer palm once and that suuuuuucked.
