How to make Creamy Avacado Cheesecake (non bake) LESS SWEET

This is a non bake cheesecake, it is eggless, less sweet and easy to make. You can also add chopped avocados into the cream cheese mixture to have that extra bite. I made this for Fathers Day and it was a hit. You can replace condensed milk with sugar but I prefer the milky taste which goes well with avocados. Gelatin used here is 200 Bloom, 150 Bloom works too.. just add an extra 1/2tbs. If you prefer the extra tang, feel free to add more lemon juice.

7cm height Clear mousse wrap/film
Biscuit Base Recipe
240g Digestive Biscuit
130g Butter
Cream Cheese Filling Recipe
450g Cream Cheese
550g Riped Avocados Flesh
3-4Tbs Lemon Juice
220-250g Condensed Milk
2TBs Gelatin 200 Bloom + 4Tbs Water
350g Whipping Cream (I Used Elle Vire whipping cream as it is less sweet)
