this sounds weird af but it tastes good... make it... then drizzle a little honey on it. Why does it taste really good? not a clue. Only discovered it cause the only chorizo my shop had was a honey drench chorizo tapas thing.

cook it all in one pan, no need to cook the pasta separately. this is a nice cheap tasty meal

Thank you I’m glad you like it! You can cook this in all sorts of ways, I always prefer to cook the pasta separately as it gives full control over the seasoning and reduction of the sauce. The only time I’d cook the pasta in the sauce is if I make a pasta bake with it. Appreciate you watching 👍🏻
