Today's baking is 'Cream cheese scones'.
This scone's recipe is very easy and simple without special shape.
If you have food processor, you can make it more easily.

Cream cheese scones (10 scones)
Ingredients
240g Cake flour
8g Baking powder
1g Salt
25g Sugar
55g Unsalted butter
120g (1 Egg + Milk)
125g Cream cheese
How to make scones
1. Dice the cold unsalted butter.
2. Measure out 120g of the a cold egg and milk of the mixture.
You can substitute fresh cream for milk. Fresh cream can make scones more delicious.
3. Sieve cake flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Combined sugar with the mixture.
5. Put the diced the cold unsalted butter on the mixture.

7. Add the cold egg and milk mixture.
8. Mix until the powder is slightly visible. Beat the mixture like cutting it with the upright spatula.
9. Put the diced cream cheese on the mixture.
10. After measuring out 56-57g of the dough and do panning.
11. Shape the dough naturally.
12. 195℃ (385℉) for 13-15 minutes.
