The Eastwood Bead Roller is perfect for adding firmness and strength to your project's metal floor panels and firewalls. You can easily create beads and flanges for strength, style or both.
Increase the capabilities of your bead roller with more forming dies.
Fits most bead rollers with 7/8 in or 22mm shafts
Includes 9 steel dies and 1 polyurethane lower wheel
Hem edges, create offsets and flanges, form style lines, contours and channels
Dies are machined out of CR12 steel with a 35 HRC hardness
This kit includes an additional 10 dies to use with any bead roller with a 7/8 inch (22mm) shaft. With these additional dies on your bead roller you can create hemmed edges, offset flanges, contours, deep channels, and style lines. This kit also includes a polyurethane lower “skate board” wheel, which can be used with a variety of upper dies. The dies includes in this kit are inside and outside offset dies, 3/8 and 1/2 inch tipping dies, round and knife edge tipping dies, 180 degree lower die, lower edge forming die and a lower forming die. All are made of CR12 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 35 HRC.

where do you live come help me i build hot rods here in maine as soon as my new shop is done this spring i make most of my own fab tools tooling if you cant afford anything else buy an arc welder grinder and a bigger mini lathe you can make all of this stuff check out make it kustom on youtube

Guys, I bought your roller with the motor, and want to make a roughy 1.5" x 5.5" recess, which will get painted and then deceive a waterslide decal (before clear coat). So, can I make a sharp, 90-degree turn at the corners, or must I basically make the ends rounded, with a small radius rather than two 90-degree corners?

So u have to have two people to operate the bead roller or can one person do the job.

If you had a camera and an LCD screen with a decent resolution.. 1 person. Have the camera lined up with the two bead rollers and you'll be able to see where the roller is positioned compared to the markings on the metal sheeting or piece.. and will allow you to manuevour the piece whilst turning the wheel and being able to keep a view of said position.
