I've never thought to take off those lower leaves and move them up into the bunch. I received a beautiful gift mug for Christmas from my niece. BackAndStillBgMsDangerus Dangerus that’s a good question - I have some wild ones growing near me and they are so small. I think you can get cultivated versions, but again they are very small, and I have never seen the commercially available in the U.K. I would imagine they are little tied posies like these - as they would be best in water, and I think they used to put them in paper collars to make the bunch prettier and bigger looking. If I ever come across them we will make a video and see how to do it! 😀🙋🏼‍♂️
