I think it would work Kathy. If it doesn’t whip up, you could add the powder to the almond milk instead.

I tried it one time before the video and it was like a laxative. I shall try it again and see if it was a one time thing or something about frothy instant espresso (have the same one you used here). I have to say it was delicious, almost caramel tasting.

I have the same frother - and just heard about this coffee from a friend last week! Looks delicious, thanks for showing how to make it. Would it be as good if you put the whipped coffee in the bottom of the cup and then pour in the milk mixture?

Putting the whipped coffee on the bottom is an interesting idea Robin. It might make it easier to mix in. I might have to try that. For visual purposes I might still put a small dollop on top too! I think you are on to something and yes it would still be good. Thanks for watching!

I have seen someone make this in those workout bottles with the ball whisk. Just shake for 1-2 minutes and you’ve got dalgona coffee! Thanks for sharing

We have tried the dalgona several times and I look forward to finding your brand instant espresso again. We've been using the yellow jar, café bustelo and it's mixing fine. Our favorite is on ice too! We use a glass full of ice with a squirt of smucker's caramel ice cream topping onto the ice and then some milk. It's pretty tasty! It's fun to look forward to tomorrow morning's serving.

Hi Sharina, I haven't had the chance to save the whipped coffee yet as we finish it off right away! I believe you can save it overnight. If it gets a little runny, just re-whip and it should come right back. Be well.
