Hi again I think i fkund the problem with my SX535WD Epson printer as there is a 5.5 0.33F capacitor on the main board reading 3.9v and i think that when i turn it on the super capacitor is dropping way too low so it cant boot up the motherboard properly

Please help. I am using hp 4300 laserjet printer. My printer doesn't print bottom part of the paper sometimes. And sometimes it works fine. And when it cause bottom cut, it changes position everytime. Sometimes cut from 3 inches in the bottom sometimes more and sometimes less. Not a fix position. PS paper setting, size setting etc everything is set.

I think it could be a defect related to the toner cartridge, a bad contact on the magnetic roller. or the main board. is the defect present in all type of document?

@viandant5 mostly the problem happens with legal size papers. Should i replace the megnatic roller of cartage. What would you suggest. Someone told me to change the solenoid but I don't think solenoid is the culprit. Problem is in the cartage or transfer roller. Please suggest me what part to fix or replace

@@decentguy51 The problem is not in the fuser unit for sure. you could change the cartridge to see if the problem is there, then check the spring of the contact of the magnetic roller, or the charge roller

@viandant5 i was thinking of that. Spring may be the culprit. Fusar is good for sure. The problem is within the cartridge. Thanks a lot for your time. I will tell you if i am able to fix it and tell you what was the problem.
