How to make delicious cookies using Vitamix in less than 5 minutes

The wet ingredients should always be added first. It makes it much easier if you put sugar butter egg in first then add flour in batches pulsing between.

so just mix your dry ingredients by hand in a bowl? or mix in vitamix first and pour out in a bowl, then cream butter/eggs and add back dry mix??

I could hear you perfectly and I enjoyed the music. I’m also on my mobile phone. I decided to look into using a Vitamix because it’s the only electronic kitchen device that still works. Kitchen aid stand mixer didn’t even last 3 months, handheld mixer gone. Not buy any more of those so I’ll see how I get on with the Vitamix. Great video, thanks!

Followed exact instructions in my A3300, in the 64oz container, and after I added the 7 TBSP (sliced into 1TBSP portions) of room temperature butter and turned it back on, the butter slightly mixed and then the Vitamix stopped. Turned back on and got an error indicating thermal cutout. I manually mixed the ingredients in the container, and tried again to no avail. Had to transfer the ingredients to my food processor to complete this recipe. Long story short, DON'T try this recipe in any other Vitamix except the professional series!

Okay, the music and his voice, I felt it was a little comical. However, the cookies looked like they were probably amazing. By the way, comical in a sense that too much was going on to focus on the recipe. However, he is a chef. Total respect. :-) I will try this in my Vitamix.

7 cups of butter must be a typo. We put in 3 cups and the "dough" ended up being very thin.
