This by far is the best vita mix demonstration I have ever seen! Explains the ratio of the ingredients he’s putting in, giving knowledge, talking slow, very enthusiastic. I would definitely buy a vita mix from this guy, but I already have one and love it!!!! 👍👍 for the Aussie! Oy Oy Oy lol

Excellent presentation, I really like how he goes into detail about the importance of the nutrients in the skin of the orange and the seeds of the melon, he's talking more nutrition than Vitamix but in a compelling way to convince you to buy one.

Vitamix makes amazing blenders. I have the Vitamix 5300 and also the Blendtec Classic 575 blender. The Smoothies come out creamier on the Vitamix. The best blender Vitamix makes is the 750. The 5300 and E320 are great blenders by Vitamix for the money.

love your demo! trying to decide which Vitamix I want to purchase. I am curious about the entire apple though, I recall being told that apple seeds were poisonous and not to eat them. Is this untrue? Also, I REALY would love to know where you got that knife you cut the coconut with and the spatula. i've been struggling with fresh coconuts to get the pulp out without all the brown skin attached.
@RawBlendAustralia2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Adina, we appreciate you watching :) Please read here regarding apple seeds: www.britannica.com/story/can-apple-seeds-kill-you Not sure about the knife brand but any large serrated knife will do, we sell the spatulas on our website in Australia and NZ, if you are international you should be able to find them through Vitamix.

Hi, i need help please, from an experienced blenderer! :) What Size container is better suited for chopping veggies? Instead of chopping by hand, i want to chop raw veggies in my blender, and then finish cooking in my pressure cooker. However, the blender just sits there, no movement on low speed. Even with a tamper. I don't want to use higher speed because that will result in mushy paste, and i am looking for chunky. I've tried adding water. Sometimes it helps, but not every time. I've been doing this in a narrow 32 oz container. Would i be better off using a low profile wide base 64 oz container? Or is chopping just tricky no matter what container i use? Please help!

Great demonstrations! Can you share the type and brand of knife you used to cut the coconut, it looks so easy and handy. Also the plastic tool you used for the coconut meat. Thanks for watching and your great feedback :) I don't know the brand but you can use any large serrated knife, even a bread knife will do the trick. The spatula is sold on our website: shop.rawblend.com.au/collections/accessories-containers-for-home/products/raw-blend-spatula-for-vitamix-blenders

Although this Vitamix video demonstration was made seven years ago, it was very well made. I bought a Vitamix Explorian 64-ounce refurbished blender a few days ago. However, my first smoothie with frozen fruit turned out to be warm after blending. Smoothies are supposed to stay cold after blending, not warm. I was pretty disappointed, 😞 so maybe I am using it wrong. 🤔
@joaenahyewonGFM4 ай бұрын
Have you tried blending for only as long as necessary and not longer (to prevent it from heating up) and/or adding more ice/frozen goods? :)
@RawBlendAustralia3 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching and sorry for the late reply. It sounds like you need to use more frozen fruit and be sure not to blend for longer than 60 seconds otherwise it will start to heat up from the friction heat. You can easily control how hot or cold your smoothie is by the ingredients used and the length of time you run the machine :)

I bought the vitamix with the original shape jug Christmas 2015 but it doesn't demolish the way your demo does and sometimes the blades just spin. I love my vitamix but I am not sure if the issue is with my loading ingredients or an issue with the blender.
@RawBlendAustralia7 жыл бұрын
Hi Libby, if there are thick ingredients in there you will need to have it on HIGH speed (left switch up) and use your tamper. Sometimes air pockets can form and it needs a little push from the tamper as the ingredients will just whir on top and the blades keep spinning. If you have any processing issues it might be best to give Vitamix a call on 1800 766 437. Happy blending !

Great presentation I have one question, I ordered vitamix s30 and I will get to soon, my question is, Can s30 do all things (hot soup, ice-cream, smoothies,... etc) like other high level vitamix blenders?
@RawBlendAustralia3 жыл бұрын
Hi Mohammed, it can, however, only in very small quantities. When making soups in the 1.2L container you can only use a small amount. It's best to check out the instructional manual that it comes with for tips and tricks. Happy Blending!

I have my Vitamix for about 8 years and can’t even imagine to not have one. I am 75 , retired and took my Vitamix with me when I spend some time in Costa Rica. Using it often and to keep it working for many years to come, I have been pretty picky with cleaning all the parts and taking good care of it. Not long ago I made the biggest mistake grounding up cloves. Afterwards the container was smelly, very cloudy and dull looking. Nothing worked to reverse my mistake. The clover scent has diminished after about 6 month but the container is still cloudy and dull , has lost its shininess. I am so disappointed. I just looked for a new container hoping I could replace it ,but the price let me change my mind. I have learned my lesson ….never grind CLOVES.
@RawBlendAustralia2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching :) Yes cloves have a volatile reaction to the container and are not recommended to blend.

Blending is great but I hate it when these vitamix people bash juicing just to sell s blender...for crying out loud juicing is great too and has its place...get a vitamix and a good juicer for your health ...anyone serious has both it’s not one or the other!

We love both too! Have you seen our latest videos using the Green Star Elite juicer? It's incredible! The juice yield is so high and the design is amazing. @RawBlendAustralia4 жыл бұрын
Hi Marcus, yes there are toxins in apple seeds however, the level isn't high enough to kill humans. Our bodies usually detox it out naturally. You would have to finely chew around 200 seeds in one sitting for a potentially fatal does. If you're still not keen on the idea you can simply core your apple before blending. Thanks for watching!
@islamsmydeen Жыл бұрын
Apple seeds are not good for you in large quantities. Can actually be fatal.

@RawBlendAustralia7 жыл бұрын
I dont' think this is a dumb idea at all! Maybe you could grind them up so the chia seeds form a flour / meal. It will then act like a thickener in your soup. Worth a try! I think Claire has done something similar in her tomato soup but used flax meal instead. Thank you for watching and happy blending!
@CCWSig5 жыл бұрын
Not dumb at all. I know this is a old comment, but I use cashews in my soups to thicken them up a little
