How To Make Delicious Soft and moist Salara/Red Bread/Coconut Roll

To make this really delicious Guyanese Salara. Also known as Red Bread or coconut roll, you will need this list of ingredients.
For the dough:
3 cups of bread flour
1pk of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
3/4 cup of soften butter(I used salted)
1and 1/4 cup of room temp whole milk
1/4 cup of lukewarm water
For the Filling:
2 and 1/2 cups of grated coconut
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of grated ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1tsp of nutmeg
1tsp of vanilla extract
