Gina, as i mentioned before, i have taught cooking for many years. Being quarantined like everyone else, I always tell my classes, "look, if you cant get hold of me with questions, look up Gina Young on KZbin and see if she has done the recipe". They cant go wrong, and you're spot-on every time. Thanks for all you do. Joe

So happy I found Mrs. Gina on you tube the other day. This lady right here, right here know she can throw down for sure. Hands down. I love the way she is organized, clean, prepared, and the way she enthusiastically decribes her food. It looks good and probably taste great. She seems like you can trust her judgement as well as measurements. Keep up the excellent tutorials. God bless those who have tried her recipes because they truly look like you are eating a plate full of blessings.

Great recipe Gina. If anyone wants to skip adding a jalepeno just use the Hot version of the sausage. Also, they make chicken and turkey sausage for those that don't eat pork.

Hi Gina! You are such a beautiful soul! I’m so thankful to you for listening to your calling and sharing your talent. You see, I’ve been searching for recipes that use organ meats because My doctors have told me that they are the BEST source of B12! I suffer from pernicious anemia and have very low B12 numbers. Not a good thing. Want to get better with God’s Healing Bounty Of Nutritious Food’s. Gina, this recipe, oh my goodness! Will be a weekly go to for me! I also Love 💕 your beef liver and onions recipe! Soooo Good! You definitely make these meats THE RIGHT WAY! I pray God continue to Bless you many more times as much as you have blessed me and all of us, your family of viewers! I think the biggest thing for her is the great joy she receives from cooking in her own kitchen, and knowing her precious family is waiting for her great meals. And she doesn’t have bosses. She does what she wants to do. She loves her subscribers. I have thought, too, about her coming great fame. I just want her to do what brings her the most pleasure. I think she will have a lot of possibilities. Blessings Jeanelle
