I made this from the short so i missed a couple of things. Found the whole video at 20 minutes cooking time and still had time to add a couple of things. It was soooo good, but i realized i also forgot the dressing mix I'd bought. I heated it separately and added it at the end. Maaaaaan! 🤌🏾😋 My husband and i LOVED it!

AB, if you love garlic, you need to make St. Louis Style Fried Rice. Has a lot of garlic in it and I’m sure you will love it. I use sweet soy sauce with regular. Amazing.

What I am saying in other words is that our local stores did not carry the Cajun spices AB had in his video, we just had to make do with what we could find in our local stores, that is why we had to resort to the Creole spices we found instead. No disrespect to Louisiana. We just had to make do with what we had available. If we are ever lucky enough to find the right Cajun spice, we will use it in the recipe. If not, we can always fly back to Louisiana and buy it there.
