How to Make Foaming Agent. In CLC Making, Cement + Sand/Fly Ash + Foam is mixed. foam is minute bubbles with air. about 1mm diameter round, like Shaving Cream. In Order for CLC to be usable Foam needs to hold Shape for atleast 8-12hrs. ie unitl the Cement mixture (Slurry) has dried a little. Foam is made by Pushing foaming agent through a Steel Mesh using an Aircompressor. Air + water + Foaming Agent makes the Foam. This has been proven using Dish Wash Soap/Gels. but the probem with it is that the Foam Bubbles burst/decompress after 1= hrs. Hence the shape/Volume is lost, as the air escapes from the mixture. so, The Foam should not collapse/decompress/loose its bubbles. The longer it can retain Shape the better CLC Foaming Agent? Please TIA
