Hi, Ghassoul is morrocan clay, women used to buy big cheap rock usually 1kg or more mix it with powdered rose, lavender, cloves, camomille and many other herbs (I don't know the English name) with softening and healing scalp properties. Mix everything with rose or orange blossom water ( like cake texture), sun dry it in big flat oven tray and store it for family use it last longtime . We use it in hamman bath as a mask normally a size of a cube with bit of warm water to make the mixture.

How are they going to wash your hair if they are still in noodle form? Shouldn’t we melt them down?
@christopherspence9412
@christopherspence9412 4 жыл бұрын
If you took pure SCI noodles and washed your hands with them, they would make a great lather. SCI has a high melting point but you can heat it up below its melting point to reach a slurry consistency. You could also grind the noodles in a DIY grinder or purchase it already powdered.

Marie i AM VERY INCLINED TO USE AS NATURAL INGREDIENTS AS IT IS POSSIBLE, i have tried making shampoo bars using a cold press method as making soap., but i find that the bars are way to alkaline because of the lye. This is a totally different way of making a shampoo bar and i truly love the results however i have to ask you Marie: how healthy are this surfactans or are they chemicals detrimental to health? Sorry but i do care immensely about this I avoid chemicals in my products as much as I can. Do you have a healthy recipe or there isn't anyway around it? thanks Marie i absolutely love your tutorials you are very gifted!

Can i add an oil to this like avocado oil, or sweet almond oil to this? How much would you recommend for a more moisturizing shampoo
@HumblebeeAndMe
@HumblebeeAndMe 4 жыл бұрын
Honestly, shampoo and moisturizing are kind of contradictory. Shampoo removes oil, so a moisturizing shampoo is really just... a less effective (aka more gentle) shampoo.
