Watching your show all the time I love Mexican food it’s very nice different everything very colorful but I would love to open up some thing a Bakery Cafe like having different kinds of pastries I don’t I’m not sure if that sounds crazy from different places but I’m not sure if that would work is that my parents work for the American Embassy so we would always transfer from different countries every 3 to 4 years so I’ve been everywhere tasted different things from different places that was fun when you’re young not when you get older

I love churros there the best I remember as a teenager back in the 80s my mom and I will go to the store that used to be there but not anymore it was called Fedco It was a semi version of what we call now TARGET they had furniture bedding cutlery dishes everything that TARGET sells but on a smaller scale of a store it wasn’t as big as target but it was like a target at the front of the store when you walked into the entrance on your right there is a popcorn machine and they also have churros along with Ices It was the best

I’m so used to my way of making churros that the runny mix looks odd to me. Does it create a denser churro, or is it because your using the molded griddle? I’m so interested in finding out now, ah I’m just going to have to order the griddle.
