our elderflower heads look much smaller than yours (less heat \ sun I guess!). Can you show us what you would consider an average head to look like so I can gauge what 15 heads should look like!?

The diameter of the heads I used was between 15-25 centimetres, some were even larger than than. If your flower heads seem small in comparison to the flowers in the video I would use 22 flower heads. The perfume is the most important thing here as that is what you are infusing. You will be diluting your cordial so it's good to have a good strong aroma in it. Hope that helps
