I took this one as the inspiration for my latest track "Dream away" to find on soundcloud or as a video here in my youtube channel. It came out quite different from what you've done here. As I don´t have the wavetable synth (I only have live standard) I created all the synth in Vital. I took another delay, because I don´t have Echo. I added a gated chord track and a synth layer in the higher frequencies and some emotional vocals. It starts dreamy but evolves over time.

@@EDMTips at 6:46 in this video you can see that you have sends for each drum sound in the drum rack. This is where you send some snare to the reverb aux. I dont see that send in drum rack i created and i have clicked all the buttons on the left to expand all the options. However.. the little button along the far left of the drum rack that has the "S" for send is white and its not yellow like the other buttons. Is there something special you're doing? if you can share with me that would be great. i will google in the meanwhile.

Hey Will, I know your channel is EDM focused but have you ever produced in and around the Trap genre? Would be really interested to see your approach to this, and how you apply your fundamentals to this. Maybe it would be a fun/interesting concept for a video to see what EDM production skills are transferable into Trap and other genres, eg how the principles of melody and beat construction can be transferred over from your EDM skill set and experience. Like can i layer 4 synths to create a wideness and depth without them clashing with each other for hqveing the same frequencies? Or can i just use 1 synth without compromising the dynamics. I've watch the video of Alan Walker and i realized how many instruments they used in Alone.
