A big ask for you to consider: Could you add to the text descriptions with each of your videos the net-carb and calorie count for your recipes - maybe to simplify just give those numbers for the entire bowl/pot or whatever. Skip worrying about serving size etc., just provide the total sum of net-carbs and calories for all the ingredients. This would be useful info for all of us that are trying to count the net-carbs and calories. Thanks

I can’t wait to try this recipe! Can you use frozen broccoli or should it be fresh? When I was in the hospital battling cancer and wasn’t able to eat, my dad who recently passed away, would go to the Subway kiosk in the hospital and bring me a cup of their broccoli and cheese soup. I may have taken a couple of bites but to see my dad’s face and how happy and proud he was to have brought me something I was able to eat that he went to the Subway every day and would bring me a cup of soup. This recipe is bringing very fond memories of my dad and I thank you for sharing not only this recipe, which looks absolutely delicious, but also reminding me of how loving; great and special my dad was! ❤❤

I loved this soup. I also love how you aren’t radical and show us delicious recipes without telling us how you are fasting and eating one meal a day and doing carnivore etc. etc. I love that you just give us a nice recipe and tell us about items that you get with the box every month and you might mention your keto eating plan but you are not radical. BTW: you look beautiful. I can see your keto plan is working for you. Thank you for great low carb recipes. ❤

Just made it. Tastes great. I didn't have the seasoning you have so I just added salt, pepper and garlic power. Didn't bother to measure the cheese or broccoli. Just used a one pound bag of Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and two 12oz bags of Walmart frozen broccoli. Looked a little thin to me so I sprinkled in some Xanthan gum. Hopefully, I don't have pudding when it cools. LOL
