+6672rock That's the most important thing really. The best advice I've ever heard for fast playing was less tension in the fretting hand, and maximum efficiency in the picking hand. :)

what happens when you're going down strings and it's downstroke and upstroke. Do you keep the momentum going if you were to upstroke or downstroke the next string?
