Love Thai basil. I brought mine in from the garden here in Cleveland and will try to keep it long as possible into winter. Lovely recipes

Yes!! Thai Mine looks like a grey skeleton on the patio. I hope you still get some good weeks out of yours :)

@@sophiechristinel So far so good. inside for about a month. I found out spraying the entire plant a bit when watering seems to help keep it green.

@@DavidKozinski that’s awesome! The herbs I brought inside exploded with aphids this week so they’re back on the porch!

Another banger! I didn’t know I needed to make crudo so thank you for this! They all look 🔥. I’m also so glad you didn’t let that beautiful basil oil goodness go to waste. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving.

wow my dear. Your ability to clean and cut the fish is impeccable, your flavors are very in harmony, I was looking for a crudo idea and yours was the first one I found, I'm craving it, I only eat raw fish. I never cook them, I am a retired chef, I sold my restaurant, otherwise you would be running my kitchen with a very good salary. my respects. One more thing Kumquats jam is heaven
@sophiechristinel7 ай бұрын
Hi! Thank you so much! Is there a reason you never cook fish, or you just prefer it raw? Ok, kumquat jams been added to the list :)

Hi :) thank you so much. I've been working in restaurants for a long time and have been the head chef at 2 of them but I am now mainly doing private cheffing and catering. I did a culinary programme in New York too.
