Sir you channel is too good,iam a regular watcher. But due respect this Goan fish curry is not orginal. Mustard , tomato and Red chilli, normal water does not go in Goan recipe. Original use Goan small red chilli, fish stock, tirphal. And why strain the curry ??. It has to have onion n green chilli bites. My wife make excellent fish curry, if you can plan for Belagavi Karnataka.

Hey thanks for your efforts in all your videos but straining method is not the right way at end but can do at start when we grind the curry mixture. As I am Goan I frequently make this curry. Did not mean to offend your efforts just a suggestion.

You shouldn’t heat coconut milk coz it l become coconut oil

Sorry but this isn't the way we make curry at home here in goa.. Skip the garam masala part (no javitry or star anise) and dont have to satue the onions n tomatoes Fro prawn curry prawns are marinated with onion, tomato , green chille n hara dhania Add the ground masala and put on low flame. For more taste add bhindi or batata or muli (radish) For any othee fish no need to marinate
