Hi dear ... I tried the cutlets and it came out really well. I am trying to make new dishes as i just started learning to cook. Everyone loved it . Your little tips too helped me when the mixture became too moist . Looking forward to try more of your recipes as you keep it simply. Thank you once again . :)

Is it a must to put bread
@Turning.wheels4 жыл бұрын
Pls reply
@TheAspiringHomeCook4 жыл бұрын
Bread is used for binding. You can use bread crumbs instead. Also, some people use potato in the place of bread, but the flavour will change a little. Hope this helps.
@reeshamathias84905 жыл бұрын
Can we store the mixture for few hours?
@TheAspiringHomeCook5 жыл бұрын
Reesha, I wouldnt recommend storing the mixture. The fresh ingredients will release moisture and get soggy. Instead, fry the cutlets and then store. They keep well for a day or so and re-heat on a pan. That said, they taste best when they are freshly made. The crunch in the bread crumb is best when its made fresh. Hope this helps.
