I do my fish tacos made with a beer batter and they are so crispy and delicious. A spicy avocado lime mayo dressing for the tacos are heavenly. Rick Bayles has a good recipe for the beer taco batter.

Chips...I LOVE Santitas brand. Beats the others,especially in price. Here in Ca we may get them fresher than you guys back east. Id take them over ANY of the others. Both white and yellow varieties.
