Hi Annie! Thank you so much for watching my tutorial. Truly appreciate it a lot! I'm so happy you enjoyed it. Happy Thanksgiving to you too! It's always a pleasure for me to share with other quillers how I do my quilling. Actually I was thinking of doing some simple wire craft with the tool to decorate on my handmade cards. Like making sentiments. I've seen some people doing that, which I thought is so cool for cards. But not sure yet when. I promise I won't leave quilling for wire jewelry! Haha! Don't worry ok. Thank you for your great videos. You said on one of the videos that you use a certain length and width of paper strips. Do you cut your own or purchase precut? Can you give me the dimensions again?
@azlinaabdul4 жыл бұрын
Most of the time I would cut my own quilling papers using a manual paper shredder. Nowadays I also use a pasta machine to cut my quilling papers. The paper shredder cuts 3mm x 297mm quilling papers and my pasta machine cuts 5mm and 2mm quilling papers. All with 297mm lengths.

I love your video, the flower is beautiful! However what's the purpose of the crimping tool? Does it make a difference if it's used or not for this project?
@azlinaabdul6 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much. Actually there is a difference, except it's not that obvious because the paper I used is a bit thin...80gsm. If maybe I were to use thicker paper like 120gsm or 160 gsm, the crimping would be more clearly seen.
