Hey mate! There is a lovely coliving called Matra in Berawa, or Putu Guest House is an amazing stays close to the beach in the heart of Canggu. Another option is Asanaya :) when are you going?

Good question! It’s full of co-living/co-housing/co-working. I’d say to start with a hostel, such as The Farm, so you can meet many other solo travellers :)

The rainy season is like the dry season but less crowded and more chance of rain (it usually rain in the evening/night and then the morning/afternoon is dry). There is still a lot of socialising going on, clubs and activities are open :) are you planning to come?

I would like to move long term rather than a couple weeks. Hopefully I can get my ducks in a row by the end of the year and this new visa will be in full effect! 🤞

I'm very excited for you! Do you already know what you'll visit? It's mandatory to have the international driving license, not only to avoid problem with Indonesian police, but as well for your insurance in case something happen to you.
