A pinch of salt
7.5ml vanilla extract
38 g honey
60 g milk
187g Cake Flour
60g Unsalted butter
● White Ganache Monte Fresh Cream
120 g white chocolate
120g fresh cream
25 g condensed milk
50 g sugar
80g Mascarpone
5ml Kirsch (choice)
600g cold fresh cream
Strawberry, kiwi, mango, della grape (blueberry), tangerine
