Make a video of how to make the soup but on your you tube channel not a really fast short video so we will get all the recipe and how to's, even this video was to short we didn't get how much yam flour and how much water or how long do you cook it for. If I wanted to make the foo foo I'd have to go to a different channel to get the How to's and I want to watch it from this channel. So God bless and I can't wait to ok be see your family making it all. Thank you❤️ ...

Since I can not get the flour in Jamaica, I learn from the Kingston 4H Club to make the flour. I slice the Renta or white yam or any other yam, thin, put it on a baking tray, pre heat the oven, hot enough, turn it off, put the slices of yam and get out the moisture. Reheat a couple of times until all the moisture is out. Put it in a food processor or any other container, mixed or pound into powder, you now have flour to make fufu. In my country Jamaica I try all the yams here. I love all of them. I have it with turkey neck stew, pigstail stew, curried goat stew, vegetable stew, ackee stew, chicken foot stew or any other stew you like.
