Thank you sir for another amazing video with great instructions. I was trying to identify the cleaver you were using on the parsley. I went to the website and thought it might be the Rustic Hand Forged Serbian Cleaver but I am not sure. Could you please tell me exactly which one you have? Also, do they include a sharpening stone with their knives? Appreciate your time given to share authentic Italian cooking.

this is legit. just maybe for the broth dont put the whole lemon with white part, it will be bitter. just remove the white part. and also optional try pecorino for a twist. plus points for jalapeno, mexican chili are tasty😅
@TheJugendstilАй бұрын
Too bad I didn’t read your comment before making the pasta. It turned out quite bitter. 😢 I would definitely recommend squeezing the lemon and only adding the yellow part of the lemon.
@atabacАй бұрын
@TheJugendstil yes just the zest will do but if you have really good olive oil, just garlic, chillis, flat paraley will already be good.

Just had breakfast 5 minutes ago, and now I really, really want this pasta. Your blog is so inspiring....If I may though...I would've removed that bad clove of garlic before roasting for the concern that it might spoil the dish.

Hey, thank you so much for the comment and suggestion! Unfortunately I don’t. I’m not into the “it’s Italian so it should have a mandolin playing the entire video” not my jam, I love to mix and experiment with my footage and classification is just…plain boring. It’s 2024, let’s move forward ;)
@148AllTheWayАй бұрын
@ I wrote my comment while traveling. After a grueling 28 hours trip, I realize my message got diluted with a tone that should have been more straight forward and friendly. Apologies for that. What you do takes a considerable amount of work and few people realize how much it takes to put out 8 minutes of video of that quality out there. With that, I am too not suggesting to include those Italian tunes from the 50s; it’s super gimmicky and in poor taste in 2024. Anyway. All love and I wish I could eat your stuff, but I can’t since I’m Type 1 Diabetic. All the best man. You’re doing amazing stuff.

@agostinopeta22952 ай бұрын
Im using a lot of your recipicies... but this is pasta with starch and nothing more..... in italy you make the risottare the last few minutes! The starch will absorb a lot of the flavor this is why you use half a ton of garlic..... these experiments is very far away from the original ingridients and tecnique, its so far away like the japanese music for an italian dish video😂😂😂😂😂.. not aproved😂 saluti a tutti, belli e brutti😅
@MileZeroKitchen2 ай бұрын
Dipende da quanta crema vuoi. Se risotti gli ultimi due minuti sicuramente avrai molto meno rilascio di amido. Ma sono gusti! A presto 👋
