I love this but I have a question. Why, when printing out the words to selected the cardstock option when you was printing on the gloss photo paper?

Can you do this without a laser printer?

No. Reactive foiling method uses toner (only produced by laser printers) to adhere the foil to the text. If you use inkjet, the foil would not stick.
