DEAR, YOUR SUGGESTION SOUNDS GREAT, BUT THE PRESSURE PAN BREAKS THE PROTEIN TO FAST AND IT DOESN'T TASTE SO GOOD... TRY DOING IT YOURSELF, SIDE BY SIDE, AND YOU WILL DISCOVER THE DIFFERENCE.... A HUGE DIFFERENCE ON THE FLAVOR AND ON THE MEAT CONSISTENCY. MUCH, MUCH BETTER COOKING SLOW AND ENJOYING THE COOKING. REMEMBER...COOKING IS AN ART. KISS 💋 FROM BRAZIL 🇧🇷
