Thanks for the grits recipe. I went yesterday and caught fish. The biggest was 14.1. I just wanted to say thanks and I'll keep on using it

I'm used to watching all these UK carpers and their tips. It's nice to see some other folks from other parts of the world using different kinds of baits to catch the same fish. Keep it up!

I make a similar bait. 4 cups of instant grits, 2 cups of quick grits, and 1 can of cream style corn. Mix all together, let sit 15 or 20 mins and it packs and throws great. Breaks up in about 2 to 4 mins.

When i 1st heard of this, my dumbass boiled the grits 1st...smh
@yourcommentisinvalid48284 жыл бұрын
Don't boil grits at all. To make plain grits, use 32 oz of instant and 24 oz of quick. Mix the dry grits before adding syrup. Then add a whole bottle of corn syrup to the mix but heat up the syrup for 30 secs in a microwave. Give it about 40 mins and you should be able to fish with it!!
