this is better for makeup rather than for hair. the purpose of hair spray is to set the hair in one place. this on the other hand would just be adding unnecessary moisture (unless you are using this as a frizz reducing spray). for makeup, this would hydrate ur skin, prime it and set it in place. so id much rather recommended this for makeup rather than for hair

Not totally in scalp, you just have to spray on the hair strands only. In can be stored in refrigerator for 1 month

No. Vaseline can't mix with water. So you can skip aloe vera gel instead you can use glycerin too
