I followed this recipe to the tee and it came out perfect! It was my first time making rice and vegetables without tomato paste, and I can say I can really taste the true flavor of the rice and peas when using fresh tomatoes!

I mentioned on video to cook until liquid evaporates. Everyone stove temperature is different, mine might take 5 minutes and yours 10.
