I made this on Monday. I doubled the recipe and we had leftovers the next night. My husband and I were licking our plates lol!!! THE BEST EVER!! And so much cheaper than $25 a plate at our local hibachi place! I’m loving your channel and plan on following more recipes!

The hibachi where I live has $8-$10 lunches (steak, chicken, shrimp, etc.) and they included choice of 2: vegetables, rice, and noodles. It is the full amount of most hibachis. Dinner is about $15-$20 for the same amount.

I wish the hibachi grill near me was that cheap for lunch the cheapest thing is $17 and for dinner I usually spend $50 on just myself

We love hibachi. I never knew it was so easy to make. I bought my husband a gas griddle as a surprise and I got me a cast iron one like hers for inside. We made hibachi for the first time Monday and it was amazing. We realized we cooked wayyy to much meat so I put half in the freezer and I been making meals from the meat all week. I haven’t had to do any real cooking. I think we’re eating hibachi all next week too. We gonna make to much meat again 😂

Instead of Yum Yum sauce, use ranch dressing. A little bit of ginger and sesame seeds makes it Japanese. Tastes better (who doesn't like ranch dressing) and so much easier.

Thank you because I been searching to make my own at home and I have a griddle, it's god sent .I use it for a lot of things and clean up is very easy. Sunday I order hibachi at a highly rated location and spent $55 on junk I couldn't finish. This was a new location that was highly rated, I went there because a place I use to go to I stopped going because all of a sudden they started cooking the steak wrong. The money you spend on hibachi is not worth gambling in hopes the food is good. I just be liking to have that one day I don't cook.

I’ve made this 3 times so far, and it’s so easy and delicious! I usually make it for special dinners (birthdays, Mother’s Day, etc.) except for this past time, I was in such a hurry, I tripled the amount of everything, and as I was doing the yum yum sauce, I meant to measure everything but forgot to and ended putting the ingredients by spoonfuls. I also put in my melted butter way too hot and I think that messed up the Mayo and stuff, so I’ve been trying to keep it in the fridge to see if it will be better... the past 2 times I made it I actually measured everything out and was perfect. Needless to say, I need to take my time to make that sauce haha 😅
