if you’re using all canned milk i would say it will last about a week probably more. if using milk or half n half i wouldn’t keep it for more than a few days

What I do is just half heavy cream and half milk with whatever sweetener and/or flavoring you like. Then you can froth it with a fork or use a shaker cup. I usually use brown sugar or maple syrup.

Creamer is basically like a heavy cream we add to black coffee. Culturally, Americans brew drip coffee at home and we usually add cream or milk to it. I know most countries usually default to espresso beverages like lattes and cappuccinos so it makes sense they wouldn’t have that!

I've been making my creamer this way for a while now!! Although I use a larger jar and add 1 can of condensed milk to about 2.5 cups of milk. I also add vanilla extract or bean paste, depending on which I have on hand.

This gave me flashbacks. In junior/senior year of highschool I had one of those knockoff Starbucks venti sized cups and I'd fill it with coffee. My mom would make creamer using condensed milk to save money on creamer. I think she made chocolate flavor. Then in college when I was in dorms I just used condensed milk!

Yes and it tastes much better, in my opinion. I use either half and half, whole milk, or 1% depending on what I have at the time. I usually have all 3 of those in my fridge so then I'll use half and half for my creamer. Much more flavorful result. 👍

In Greece we either have the espresso shaken with a couple of ice cubes, or we add milk froth(?) if that's the correct term? Basically you stirr milk with an electic stirrer until it becomes thick and pour that over the iced espresso.

The benefit of non-dairy creamer not addressed here is shelf life. Fresh dairy is going to spoil before I use anywhere near that amount of creamer. I use less than 2 tablespoons at a time.

Two creamers that I recommend are the Dunkin' Donuts Extra Extra and the Bliss sweet cream. Both of those are mostly heavy cream and cane sugar with little preservatives. Other creamers have oil, casein, and high fructose corn syrup.
