On todays video I will be showing guys how I made this Greek Yoghurt for Parfaits. Ingredients: 6cups of Milk 12cups of hot water 2teaspoons of starter culture

It depends on wic yorgut u want to make. F it's full fat then use full fat milk. F skimmed then skimmed as well

I use a full cream milk,and it can be put in the fridge or freezer. It’s okay I’m the freezer when it’s very thick so it doesn’t get frozen and looses It’s texture.

Pls ma in ur fruit parfait do add extra sweetner to it like honey or u just add the Greek yogurt you made to ur parfait like that without any other additional sweetner into the parfait cup,bcz ur own Greek yogurt u used last time that I watched ur video that are doing parfait ur Greek color is somehow milky in colour not white color like this one u just made or did u add honey to it

I add sweeteners, if you don’t add it wouldn’t be sweet. But some persons likes it unsweetened. So you can choose to add or not.

Make it very thick and it can stay in the freezer for up to 1month. But the texture will change. It might be a bit watery. Best place is in the fridge
